Depending on the Company Registry, it takes about eight to fourteen working days to form a company in Hong Kong. Alternatively, Bolder Launch can assist you in remote or online company registration. Types of Businesses to Register in Hong Kong
Private Company Limited by Shares
The most common business vehicle in Hong Kong is the private company limited by shares, the liability of the company’s members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares
Limited Partnership
Partnerships are established and co-owned by two or more persons who jointly contribute their resources and share the profits derived from the partnership according to the profit-sharing ratios stated in the partnership agreement. The partners are jointly and severally liable for the debts of the partnership, the liabilities on the general partner and the limited partner are different.
Limited by guarantee
Private company limited by guarantee has no share capital, persons who join the company as guarantee member are not required to make any capital payment, they would undertake to contribute a fixed amount to the company’s assets in the event of its being wound up while they are members or within one year after they ceased to be members.
Non-Hong Kong Company
